We are looking for a high-energy, dynamic, and whip-smart Merchandise Manager to lead our retail and pre-show operations. If you're a resourceful, analytical thinker who knows how to turn big ideas into big sales-and likes having a blast while doing it-pull up a chair!

What You'll Be Doin' (Your Role)

As our Merchandise Manager, you're the mastermind behind the guest's first and last impression. You'll keep the show runnin' smoothly behind the scenes by:

Leading the Troop: Train, inspire, and coordinate our rockstar team across the gift shop and pre-show areas.

• Curating the Goods: Work hand-in-hand with our Corporate Director of Merchandise to handpick and procure retail items our guests will love.
• Mastering the Numbers: Keep our inventory tight, accurate, and compliant using Clover POS and YellowDog inventory systems.
• Creating Visual Magic: Stage, style, and showcase merchandise so it practically sells itself.
• Keeping the Drinks Flowin': Oversee the bar area-ensuring it's clean, fully stocked, organized, and spotlighting our awesome seasonal drink features.
• Powering Up Picture Time: Partner with our photo team and third-party vendor (MagicMemories) to create unforgettable, high-selling photo packages.

The Details Job Type:

• Full-time
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts (includes holidays & weekends-that's when the feudin' gets good!)
• Work Location: In person (Pigeon Forge, TN)
