Retail Receiving Lead - Titanic

POSITION SUMMARY

The Receiving Lead is responsible for the daily operation of the Receiving area and all products in the stockroom locations.

The Receiving Lead works closely with the Merchandise Manager to ensure the product is worked onto the floor in a timely manner. The Receiving Lead will work alongside the Merchandise Manager and Retail Inventory Control Manager to ensure proper product amounts are being delivered and any product issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Will be responsible along with the Merchandise Manager with organization of the stockroom and inventory.
• Will complete inventory process and cycle counts.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise shipments.
• Safely and adequately handles equipment required for the job function.
• Maintains safety awareness in the execution of their job.
• Assist with floor moves and other merchandising projects, as needed.
• Assist in Gift Shop on the floor and register as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Reliable Transportation.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: Six months to one-year related experience helpful.

Computer Skills: Basic Computer Skills
