Dinner, horses, music, and a whole lotta excitement - that's just another night at Dolly Parton's Stampede! We're looking for energetic, friendly folks who love fast-paced fun and making guests smile while serving our legendary four-course feast.
Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or seasonal work, we've got a spot at the table for you. No experience? No problem - we provide on-the-job training!
What You'll Be Doing
- Help set the stage for an unforgettable dinner service by assisting arena servers with setup
- Keep the action running smoothly by communicating between the kitchen and arena teams
- Deliver food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and Southern hospitality
- Make sure food safety and sanitation procedures are always followed
- Check that food equipment is working properly and maintaining safe temperatures
- Assist guests with food allergy questions and ensure safe serving practices
- Help clean tables and sections after the show wraps up
- Remove dishes and transport items back to the kitchen area
- Beverage Attendants may also cross-train in serving duties for even more excitement and variety
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain a valid Tennessee ABC permit
- High school diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent experience
- Team players with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- People who can thrive in a lively, fast-moving environment
Physical Requirements
This role keeps you moving! Expect:
- Continuous walking, including stairs
- Frequent bending, twisting, balancing, and lifting
- Carrying trays of food, beverages, and dishes
- Pushing and pulling racks throughout the shift
