Job Summary
Smoky Mountain Sunshades is looking for highly-motivated and fun-loving individuals with the ability to engage with customers. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with the desire to learn and grow. As a Team Member, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to provide superior customer service and a friendly and positive attitude.
Job Duties
- Greet customers upon arrival
- Create a safe and fun atmosphere
- Provide a positive customer service experience to all customers
- Maintains daily business operations by following policies and procedures
- Provides pricing information by answering questions
- Processes transactions
- Maintains a working knowledge of products in order to answer customer questions
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
