Position Overview

Join our growing multidisciplinary team as a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist. This meaningful opportunity is perfect for skilled, compassionate professionals committed to supporting children with developmental, congenital, or acquired conditions in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients to assess physical development and mobility challenges
• Create individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, and independence
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, BCBAs)
• Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Stay current with latest pediatric physical therapy research and best practices

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active Physical Therapy License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and families

Preferred:

• Pediatric experience (new grads with strong interest welcome!)
