Construction Foremen

The Construction Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, leading construction crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary on-site leader, coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining project schedules and company expectations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can motivate crews, enforce safety standards, and adapt to changing job site conditions. Responsibilities include planning daily work activities, monitoring productivity and quality, interpreting project plans and specifications, maintaining accurate job documentation, and communicating regularly with superintendents and project management.

Candidates should have previous construction leadership experience, the ability to read blueprints, a commitment to workplace safety, and a willingness to travel as projects require. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a hands-on approach to leading crews in the field.
