The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of field operations on one or more construction projects. This position provides leadership to project teams, coordinates with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, and ensures all work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.

The Superintendent oversees daily job site activities, develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates manpower and equipment needs, monitors project progress, and proactively resolves field issues to minimize delays. This role is also responsible for enforcing safety policies, conducting job site inspections, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, and applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Candidates should have experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors, interpreting construction drawings and specifications, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
