Position: Mechanic – Wrightway Rental and Supply (Pikeville, KY)

Job Description
Wrightway Rental and Supply is seeking an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to join our team in Pikeville, KY. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of rental equipment including small engines, generators, compact construction equipment, and power tools.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of diagnosing and repairing equipment efficiently to keep our rental fleet in top working condition.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair small engines (gas and diesel)
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, tune-ups, etc.)
• Inspect equipment before and after rentals
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Keep accurate service and maintenance records
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet turnaround times on equipment

Requirements:

• Prior experience with small engine repair required
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and diagnostic procedures
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
