Support Bowling coaches in managing the campus Pro Shop, including customer service for student‑athletes and upkeep of team equipment throughout the season. Learn day‑to‑day Pro Shop operations and assist with scheduling, preparation, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, efficient experience for all users.

1. Coordinate with supervisors to schedule appointments with athletes; communicate clearly with peers and visitors – C, TW, P
2. Complete assigned tasks on time and demonstrate initiative by taking ownership of unassigned work when appropriate – P, L, CSD
3. Learn and apply new Pro Shop skills and processes; stay current with updated procedures – CSD, T, CT
4. Troubleshoot issues quickly, propose solutions, and take responsibility for correcting mistakes – CT, P, L

Education Requirements: Must be a current UPIKE student in good standing.

Work Schedule: M–F; hours vary depending on workload and athlete appointments.

Work Conditions: Inside.

Physical Demands: Lifting up to 25 lbs; Carrying up to 25 lbs.
