Provide academic support to nursing students through tutoring, study strategies, and guidance on coursework success. Ideal for high-achieving students with strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
- Provide academic support to nursing students, assisting them with understanding nursing concepts and applications – C, P, CT, L
- Maintain confidentiality, be punctual, communicate changes in work schedule in advance – P
- Conduct small-group tutoring sessions to facilitate collaborative learning among nursing students – TW, CT, CTR, L
- Guide students in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and offer strategies for test preparation and academic success in nursing coursework – C, TW, P, CT, L

Work Schedule: Varies depending on workload; average of 10 hours per week. Occasional nights or weekends required.
Work Conditions: Normal office working environment; computer time included in daily hours.
Physical Demands: Normal office activities.
