About the Role 

Suzano is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support supply chain operations through data analysis, inventory monitoring, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with teams across Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Planning, and Manufacturing to help ensure the efficient flow of materials and information throughout the supply chain. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment. 

What You’re Going to Do 

• Collect, analyze, and maintain supply chain data related to inventory, procurement, logistics, and operational performance. 

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making. 

• Monitor inventory levels and help identify opportunities to optimize stock availability and reduce excess inventory. 

• Support supply planning and material management activities by maintainingaccurate system data. 

• Analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders. 

• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities that drive efficiency, cost savings, and service improvements. 

• Support demand, inventory, and logistics reporting activities. 

• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to resolve supply chain issues. 

• Participate in inventory audits, cycle count reviews, and reconciliation activities. 

• Maintain data accuracy within SAP and other supply chain management systems. 

• Create dashboards and visual reports to improve operational visibility. 

• Assist with forecasting and inventory planning analyses under the guidance of senior team members. 

• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain organization. 

• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to special projects as assigned. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. 

What We Expect from You 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

• Internship, co-op, or project experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, operations, or business analytics is preferred. 

• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis tools. 

• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization and ERP systems is a plus. 

• Knowledge of supply chain concepts, inventory management, procurement, logistics, or planning principles. 

• Strong academic achievement and a demonstrated interest in supply chain operations.
