Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Leads the Inventory department, overseeing inventory accuracy, ERP data integrity, and material flow to support manufacturing production schedules and customer commitments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and develop the inventory team including Inventory Control Specialists, ERP Specialist, and BOM Coordinator
Establish and monitor inventory accuracy KPIs; drive root cause correction for discrepancies
Oversee cycle count program and annual physical inventory
Partner with Planning, Procurement, and Production on material availability issues
Lead inventory reduction and working capital improvement initiatives
Ensure ERP system inventory data integrity
Develop and maintain inventory policies and procedures

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years inventory management experience in manufacturing
ERP system expertise
Strong leadership and analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

APICS CPIM certification
Experience with ERP implementation or optimization
Lean inventory management experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office and warehouse/manufacturing floor environment.
