JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Food Science Department within the College of Agricultural Sciences is seeking applicants for a part-time research assistant position.
Job duties to include:
Conduct research on the characterization and application of enzymes for food molecule modification
Contribute to manuscript preparation
Daily lab management and protocol update
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this job is $20.
