Physical Therapist (Home Health – Flexible Schedule, Relocation Assistance)

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one care to adult and geriatric patients in the home health setting. This position offers outstanding flexibility — you coordinate directly with your patients and can plan your day around personal appointments and commitments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

• Active PT license in the state of practice

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card required

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience (home health preferred)
