Ensures an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members.  Maintaining and building on our employee owner business model. Strives to evolve operational excellence, desires to lead by example, and has a servant heart to develop & coach a tenured team of dedicated employee owners. Spends time building and inspiring the teams by bringing your leadership acumen, resources, effective judgment and decision-making to continue to build the Branch. Coaches and teaches the team and ensure they have the tools and information needed to support company goals, perform their jobs, and feel good about what they do each day.     QualificationsMinimum Qualifications and Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience · 7+ years of store management/assistant management experience (retail, service, hospitality, light industrial) · 5+ years of people management in a large retail or distribution environment (50+ employees) · Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, and Word   Key Qualifications: · A minimum of 10 years of large-scale store management · Demonstrated customer service experience in a complex, fast-paced environment · Enjoys being the person out in front and is calm under pressure · Like hands-on, blue collar work environments · A growth mindset and demonstrated experience increasing and maintaining strong sales · Financial management, marketing, and business analytics skills · Experience hiring and developing strong leaders and team members · A willingness to take calculated risks; culture change management helpful
