Who You Are

  • Have 2+ years' experience in the personal injury field
  • Have experience in a personal injury case management capacity or similar (considered an asset)
  • Are bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with MS Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
  • Have strong written and verbal communication ability with excellent interpersonal skills and judgement
  • Can maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
  • Work efficiently under pressure, handling changes and interruptions while meeting strict deadlines
  • Learn new systems quickly and use them effectively and efficiently
  • Bring exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of being responsive, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Have effective prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Are open to learning and accepting constructive feedback
  • Are able to successfully pass a criminal and background record check


How You'll Make a Difference

Our Case Management team is responsible for guiding personal injury case files from intake through resolution, ensuring every client feels supported and informed at every stage. We rely on Case Managers to manage case files with accuracy and care, maintain consistent communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers, and support attorneys in the overall handling of each case.


  • Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the duration of their case to provide status updates and respond to inquiries
  • Open insurance claims at the outset of each case
  • Prepare and send letters of representation to relevant insurance carriers and parties
  • Open health insurance claims as required to support medical treatment coordination
  • Obtain regular treatment updates and follow up consistently to ensure documentation is current and complete
  • Assist in arranging property damage inspections
  • Monitor case files for completeness and accuracy, identifying and addressing gaps or delays
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records within the case management system
  • Perform other duties as assigned
