What Drives Success

Under direct supervision, fabricates, cuts, and brazes pipes based on general specifications to carry refrigerants.

• Fabricates pipe systems of various shapes, sizes, and pressures.
• Ensures proper placement and alignment according to general blueprints and instructions.
• Brazes fabricated pipes to make the specified product work as designed.
• Performs a variety of assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• Working knowledge of brazing.
• Basic understanding of data charts, specification diagrams, and work orders.
• Able to look at a general diagram and determine fabrication needs to make product work as engineered.
• Able to determine required equipment and settings. Requires precision control and dexterity.
• May be required to take related training and/or pass skills tests required for this level.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $21.95– $23.05/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
