PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced Lead Installers, assisting with residential HVAC system installations while learning the trade and developing your skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday–Friday (with overtime and occasional weekends as needed)

What You'll Do

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at every job site.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• HVAC experience or trade school preferred, but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and equipment while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
