Sam Galloway Ford-Lincoln is looking for Entry Level Automotive Technicians that are looking to further their career in the Automotive industry.

Sam Galloway Ford Lincoln is a fourth generation family owned dealership that has been doing business in Lee County since 1927. We support several different charitable organizations throughout Southwest Florida. Among them are the American Cancer Society, the preservation of the Edison-Ford Winter Estates and the Community Cooperative Ministries (The Soup Kitchen), to name a few.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
  • The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Valid in-state driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
Job Responsibilities

  • Oil and Filter change
  • Rotate tires
  • Balance Tires
  • Mounting and balancing of tires
  • Ability to complete Multi-Point Inspection
  • Ability to perform minor maintenance, such as; Air filter replacement, Cabin air filter replacement, bulb replacement just to name a few
  • Must be able to work as a TEAM PLAYER
