Job Requirements

Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability

The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Team Player
Excellent communication skills
Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
Consistent and stable work history
Valid in-state driver's license
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Professional appearance and work ethic

Job Responsibilities

Oil and Filter change
Rotate tires
Balance Tires
Mounting and balancing of tires
Ability to complete Multi-Point Inspection
Ability to perform minor maintenance, such as; Air filter replacement, Cabin air filter replacement, bulb replacement just to name a few
Must be able to work as a TEAM PLAYER
