APEX is a concierge, fee-for-service, performance-driven physical therapy practice. We act as Primary Care PTs for athletes and active adults: first call for pain, injury, and performance questions. Our model is simple:

What you’ll do

As a Physical Therapist at APEX, you will:

• Serve as a true Primary Care PT for athletes and active adults
• Perform comprehensive, performance-focused evaluations with diagnostics on day one
• Design and progress individualized rehab and performance plans around each athlete’s goals, sport, and timeline
• Use advanced technology to guide decision-making
• Communicate clearly with athletes, families, and other providers
• Help shape and improve our systems, programs, and athlete experience as we grow
