We’re looking for a Service Project Manager to lead HVAC-focused service projects, support customers, and ensure successful delivery from execution through warranty.

What You’ll Do

Lead service projects through execution and warranty phase
Serve as the primary customer contact post-installation
Manage schedules, budgets, and project profitability
Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting
Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams
Handle change orders, subcontractors, and documentation

What You Bring

5+ years managing HVAC or technical service projects
Strong customer-facing and project leadership skills
Experience with project financials (P&L, cost tracking)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
