Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for an adult living with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). This rewarding position is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, and passionate about helping individuals maximize their independence while remaining safely at home.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate supervision
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Engage the client in meaningful conversation and daily activities
• Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with family and office staff
• Follow the individualized care plan to ensure the client's safety and well-being

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Patient, calm, and compassionate
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Comfortable working one-on-one in a home setting
• Experienced caring for clients with neurological conditions or Traumatic Brain Injury (preferred)
• A strong communicator who can adapt to changing client needs
• Professional, respectful, and committed to providing exceptional care

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification 
• Experience working with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), stroke, neurological, dementia, or rehabilitation clients is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
