Will be responsible for clinical recruitment, primarily for new graduate RN's, Nurse Externs and Nursing Assistants at FirstHealth Hospitals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related area required. Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or human resources preferred. Health care recruitment experience preferred. Must have experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with automated recruitment/applications systems required. Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system preferred. Experience in utilizing social media as a recruitment tool preferred. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of labor laws and EEOC laws required.
Some travel is required. Must have valid NC Drivers license with good driving record.
