SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Ecomm/Corporate Retail Manager. This person should be a self-starter and must have a strong attention to detail. There will be direct contact with customers/guests, members, other employees and vendors. Weekend days and holidays are required.Â

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 12 months related retail experience.Â

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Corporate Responsibilities to include:
- Attend client site visits and planning meetings
- Assist with placing orders for corporate gifting
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of corporate gifting
- Assist with on-site shopping experiences/fitting events
- Goal for this role is to grow into managing all corporate retail
- Ecommerce responsibilities to include:
- Assist with fulfilling ecommerce orders
- Assist with organization of ecommerce inventory
- Assist with physical inventory counts at Ecommerce, Vault, and Main Golf Shop
- During peak ecommerce season (typically between Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays) shift to a schedule that includes Saturdays for online order fulfillment
- Assist with photo shoots and social media as necessary
- Learning ecommerce financial reporting and posting of new product to the online store
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
