Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a General Superintendent for a full-time direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, mentoring Superintendents, supporting project execution, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support multiple active construction projects
  • Mentor and coach Superintendents and field teams
  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, manpower planning, and project execution
  • Conduct job site visits to monitor safety, quality, and productivity
  • Collaborate with project management and operations leadership
  • Support QA/QC initiatives and field training programs

Qualifications:

  • 10–15+ years of construction leadership experience
  • Background in water/wastewater, infrastructure, or coatings preferred strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Experience managing crews, schedules, and project budgets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
