Position will be part of a strong team focused on initiating, monitoring and assessing all financial and coverage aspects of comprehensive oncology and hematology care. The includes participation and/or oversight related to insurance eligibility, verification of benefits, pre-cert / prior authorization, assistance and coverage resources, and financial counseling throughout the continuum of cancer services.

Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of insurance terminology and willingness to participate in educational workshops
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn Epic as well as basic Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of or ability to learn Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, including federal policy changes.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
- 1-2 years working in medical setting in financial related field required; 3-5 years preferred
- Oncology experience preferred
