Responsibilities

路 Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with hospital policies and standards of nursing practice.

路 Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

路 Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond appropriately.

路 Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure effective care coordination.

路 Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly

路 Educate patients and families regarding conditions, procedures, and ongoing care needs.

路 Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure patient safety.

路 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.


Qualifications

路 Valid NC LPN license, RN license or Compact State RN license required

路 BCLS required

路 One year of experience in medical-surgical nursing (preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply)

路 Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

路 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

路 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
