What You’ll Do

Lead and manage daily operations of a fast-paced auto repair center
Deliver top-notch customer service while building lasting relationships
Develop sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability
Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled technicians
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and high repair standards
Track performance metrics and manage reports and inventory

Who You Are

A motivated, people-first leader who thrives on building relationships
A natural salesperson with a track record of driving revenue
A former automotive technician (3–5 years experience preferred) ready to lead from experience
Proficient with computers and comfortable managing shop software systems
Calm under pressure, emotionally mature, and professional in every situation

Details

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:30pm, Saturday 7:30am–2:30pm (No nights!)
Pay: From $62,000/year + Commission (based on experience and performance)
Location: Must be able to relocate to Pinellas Park, FL before starting
