Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional culinary service. Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong skills in food preparation techniques and knowledge of various cooking methods. Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
