Oil Change Team Member

Take 5 Oil Change is offering an opportunity to join their growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as training is provided to become a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services. Responsibilities include draining motor oil, changing oil filters, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressure, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing coolant exchanges, restocking and maintaining inventory, maintaining cleanliness of the work environment, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods, work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary, and have reliable transportation to and from the shop. The company offers full-time and flexible schedules, competitive base pay rates with commissions up to $15/hr, same day pay, free oil changes, paid time off for full-time employees, and health, vision, and dental insurance. There is a strong growth path with over 90% of shop managers having started as lube techs, and paid training is provided to advance within the company.
