What You’ll Do:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Management team in the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, business-minded, eager to learn, and looking to grow their career in construction management.

Responsibilities include:

✅ Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination

✅ Supporting contract administration and project documentation

✅ Tracking material procurement, fabrication, and project progress

✅ Assisting with pricing and processing changes in scope

✅ Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, owners, and field teams

✅ Helping monitor project budgets, schedules, and milestones

✅ Identifying issues proactively and helping develop practical solutions

✅ Maintaining project reports, meeting notes, logs, and other project records

✅ Supporting the team in delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

✅ Reporting daily to either our Alexandria or Baton Rouge office based on location
