Description:

Trinity Health PACE Alexandria is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, kitchen sanitation, and daily food service for our frail and elderly participants. This role helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment while working as part of a collaborative care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, serving, and meal setup

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, equipment, and dining areas

  • Follow all dietary, safety, and infection‑control procedures

  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory

  • Prepare snacks and supplements as directed

  • Provide excellent customer service to participants and visitors

  • Support quality improvement efforts and attend required training

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1–2 years of food prep experience (healthcare preferred)

  • CNA Certification preferred
  • Experience working with frail or elderly adults (or willingness to train)

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
