Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization across all corporate facilities, including
  • common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and meeting spaces
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and removing
  • waste
  • Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to ensure spaces are safe, functional, and presentation-ready
  • Proactively identify and communicate maintenance or repair needs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with appropriate personnel to evaluate and implement improvements to facility
  • cleanliness, materials, and maintenance practices
  • Promote a culture of safety by ensuring work areas are clean, hazard-free, and aligned with company
  • standards
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms to ensure they are organized, stocked, and ready for use
  • Set up meeting rooms according to organizer needs and company guidelines; reset and clean rooms

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing on-site logistics for internal meetings, trainings, and
  • company events; provide event support as needed
  • Complete or assist with post-event breakdown, cleanup, and space restoration
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for facility-related needs within the corporate office
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, paper goods, and meeting materials; follow
  • company procedures for reordering
  • Support coordination of external vendors providing cleaning, maintenance, and facility services as applicable
  • Provide support outside of standard business hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed to meet operational demands
  • Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the designated uniform in accordance with company standards

 

Job Qualifications

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience working in an office environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in custodial or facility services
