The position involves maintaining the student database, which includes managing enrollment, transfers, dropouts, and attendance records for reporting requirements.
An associate degree or equivalent experience is required, along with three years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school setting.
Candidates should have knowledge of ADM reporting and school finance terminology, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google platform tools.
The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to manage frequent interruptions, and a proven successful employment record.

To maintain current student database on student enrollment, transfer of school, dropouts, daily attendance and absences, and is responsible for all student records for official reporting requirements.

Associate degree or equivalent and comparable experience required.

Three (3) years progressively responsible experience that involved the application of sound judgement, discretion, and principles and practices of administrative function in school setting or similar organization, preferably in a school setting.

Knowledge of the ADM reporting and school finance terminology as it relates to reconciling student data and integrity errors.

Must have some knowledge of standard business machines and equipment including Mac and PC's, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.) and Google platform.

Skill in working in an environment subject to frequent interruptions, quickly changing priorities, and occasionally limited directions.

Skill in communicating courteously and professionally both, orally and in writing, while working with students, staff, parents, and the general public.

Must have proven successful employment record.
