Job Summary

This remote LPC position gives you the opportunity to support Tennessee clients through regular virtual therapy sessions. You will help clients address mental health concerns, strengthen coping tools, and work toward healthier day-to-day functioning. The work is clinical, consistent, and centered on quality care, with a Monday through Friday schedule that supports professional balance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy services through a secure online platform
  • Evaluate client needs and identify appropriate treatment goals
  • Provide counseling for mood concerns, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and adjustment challenges
  • Maintain clear progress notes and required documentation
  • Review treatment plans and make updates based on client progress
  • Coordinate referrals or additional support when clinically appropriate
  • Active Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselor credential
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field
  • Previous counseling experience in outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth settings
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and meet documentation deadlines
  • Comfortable communicating with clients through virtual care tools
  • 2 weeks PTO
