PIPESTONE is hiring a Human Resources Generalist!
Are you passionate about supporting employees, partnering with leaders, and helping create a positive workplace culture? We're looking for an HR professional who can provide guidance on employee relations, leave administration, accommodations, HR policies, and compliance while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
In this role, you'll:
Ā Partner with leaders on employee relations, investigations, and workplace concerns
Ā Support leave of absence and accommodation programs, including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation
Ā Assist with onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other employment changes
Ā Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Ā Help foster an engaging, inclusive, and positive work environment
We're seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least two years of HR experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred!
