RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)Â
- Lead quality system tools: Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, MSAÂ
- Lead CAPA processes and ensure timely closureÂ
- Support ISO and third-party certification activitiesÂ
- Support PPAP and First Article Inspection (FAI)Â
- Develop inspection and testing standardsÂ
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actionsÂ
- Support supplier quality and performance monitoringÂ
- Analyze quality metrics and drive improvementsÂ
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operationsÂ
- Travel to customer and supplier sites as neededÂ
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldÂ
- 2–3 years of manufacturing or quality experienceÂ
- Strong root cause and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Ability to read engineering drawingsÂ
- Strong data analysis skillsÂ
- Effective communication skillsÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeÂ
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in assembly or machining environmentsÂ
- ISO 9001 / AITF 16949 certification experienceÂ
- Experience with PPAP, FAI, CAPAÂ
- Lean or Continuous Improvement experienceÂ
- Supplier quality experienceÂ
- Power BI, Minitab, or advanced analytics toolsÂ
