USMS Holdco, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a premier commercial property located at:

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily trash pickup and removal throughout the property
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned common areas, sidewalks, breezeways, and outdoor spaces
- Pick up litter and debris from parking lots and landscaped areas
- Assist with cleaning entrances, walkways, and high-traffic areas
- Monitor the property for cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Support special cleaning projects as assigned
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors
Qualifications:
- Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
- Ability to pass a background check (required)
Compensation & Schedule:
- $16.00 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- Schedule may vary based on operational needs
