Full-Time Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Location: Piscataway, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy that helps patients move through daily life with more confidence and function. You will assess limitations, identify treatment priorities, and guide patients through care plans designed to improve independence and performance in everyday tasks. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants a stable schedule and meaningful patient interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs through evaluations and observation
• Build customized therapy plans based on functional goals
• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy interventions
• Help patients improve movement, coordination, and self-care skills
• Review progress regularly and modify plans as needed
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
• Keep documentation accurate, organized, and up to date

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
• NBCOT certification required
• Prior clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
