Party Savvy is hiring dependable and safety-focused individuals for a full-time Delivery Driver Crew Member position supporting our delivery, tent installation, and warehouse teams. This role is ideal for individuals seeking stable, year-round employment with consistent hours and growth opportunities. In this hands-on role, you will operate company vehicles to complete deliveries and pickups, assist with tent installation and event setup, and support warehouse operations as needed. Â

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Â
- Driving and Delivery: Â
- Operate company vehicles including cargo vans and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL). Â
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Â
- Ensure safe vehicle operation and compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations. Â
- Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations and procedures as required. Â
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.Â
- Event and Operations Support: Â
- Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently. Â
- Assist with tent installation and removal. Â
- Set up and tear down event equipment according to company standards. Â
- Perform quality control checks before and after events. Â
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Â
- Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and related equipment. Â
- Support warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and equipment reset. Â
- Follow all safety procedures and operational standards. Â
- Clean, prep, and maintain rental equipment, delivery vehicles, warehouse, and grounds.Â

- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and pickups.Â
- Perform additional duties as required.  Â
Work Conditions:Â
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Â
- Early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required. Â
- High-energy environment with time-sensitive deadlines. Â
- Frequent bending, lifting, and physical movement. Â
- Regularly lift 25–50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Â
- Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment, with appropriate safety measures in place.Â
Schedule and Compensation:Â
- Full-time position. Â
- Shifts may run 8–12 hours, depending on event needs. Â
- Monday through Friday, weekends as required. Â
- Flexibility required for varying start and end times. Â
- Overtime opportunities are available during peak season. Â
- Starting Wage: $18–$21 per hour depending on experience. Â

Qualifications and Requirements:Â
- Must be at least 21 years old. Â
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements. Â
- Must pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screening. Â
- Proficiency in English. Â
- Basic math skills. Â
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Â
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Â
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods. Â
- Willingness to be cross trained in other departments.Â
- Completion of Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through the Predictive Index. Â
