Position Overview

Joyce is hiring Field Marketing Representatives to support our growth across local events, retail locations, and neighborhoods where we’re actively completing projects. This is a dynamic, people-facing role where no two days look the same.

You’ll represent the Joyce brand in the field, engaging directly with homeowners, building interest in our products, and scheduling in-home consultations. Whether you’re at an event, in a retail setting, or working in a neighborhood near an active project, your ability to connect with people drives your success.

Compensation

  • $17 per hour base rate
  • Uncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointments
  • Average earnings of $50,000–$60,000 annually
  • Top performers earning $80,000+

What You’ll Do

  • Represent Joyce at events, retail locations, and in local neighborhoods
  • Engage homeowners in natural, conversational interactions
  • Introduce our products and services and generate interest
  • Schedule appointments for our in-home sales team
  • Work in neighborhoods where Joyce has active projects, creating warmer introductions
  • Maintain a professional and positive brand presence in the community
  • Assist with light event setup and teardown when needed
  • Hit daily and weekly performance goals
