Concordia of Monroeville is currently looking for experienced, passionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants (NA) to join our team!
As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high quality care for the residents and facilitating clinical leadership and mentorship with the residents and staff.
We are seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant (NA) Evenings 2pm-10:30pm (Every Other Weekend).Â
Competitive Nursing Assistant wages (we pay more for experience!) "Earn Up To $23/hr"
Eligible employees can earn an additional $1.50/hour if waiving the insurance benefit!
Responsibilities of a Non-certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
- Documenting the care that was provided
- Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
- Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.
Entry level friendly - paid on-the-job training.
Qualifications of a Non-certified Nursing Assistant:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Direct Care CertificationÂ
