TRANSFERS/HOLDS ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Transfers Team serves our customers who pick up merchandise from warehouses outside their home location. This position reports to the Transfers or Removal Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transfer product in and out using scanner and proprietary software
Pull product off the shelves
Put the product in the appropriate place on the shelves
Move pallet jacks and other items to maintain safe and efficient warehouse flow
Keep the area clean
Other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and GM
Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
Must be tech-savvy
Must be highly organized
Must be detail-oriented
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be customer-focused
