Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Schedule reservations and accurately manage client accounts.
  • Check dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services.
  • Answer questions and educate clients about our services, policies, and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up to date.
  • Assist with retail sales and service recommendations.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front office.
  • Work closely with the Pet Care, Grooming, and Training teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle behaviorally challenged dogs to support successful check-in and check-out experiences.


Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for animals, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for every client. The work is fast-paced and requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask while interacting with dogs ranging from 5 to 150 pounds.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dog health and behavior is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
  • Passion for dogs and pet care is a huge plus!
