Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Pittsboro, IN is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Technician to foster customer relationships, diagnose a wide range of issues, and complete top-notch repairs on all kinds of heating and cooling equipment.

If you can handle that, you'll earn $30.00 - $40.00/hour (based on experience) and be eligible for commission from sales and upsells. You'll work a standard 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule with some on-call required. Overtime is also available!

What You'll Need:

5+ years of residential HVAC repair and maintenance experience
EPA certification

NATE certification would be a plus!

In This Role, You'll:

Visit customers' homes, show up on time, and provide professional customer service
Inspect heating and cooling systems and accurately diagnose any issues
Explain problems to the customer and provide service options and timelines
Complete exceptional repairs and maintenance services for heating and air conditioning equipment
