Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Client Care team during daily operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Assist with daily shift operations, task delegation, and workflow management.
  • Coach and support team members while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Handle client concerns professionally, confidently, and with empathy.
  • Ensure accurate reservations, account management, and client communications.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front lobby and workspaces.
  • Collaborate with Pet Care, Grooming, and Training teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle behaviorally challenged dogs to support successful check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Help maintain company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.


Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for animals, strong leadership potential, and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience with every interaction—for both pets and their parents. The work is fast-paced and physical, involving continuous movement, thorough cleaning, and direct engagement with dogs ranging from 5 to 150 pounds.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Natural leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Confident multitasker who stays calm under pressure.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dog health and behavior preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for dogs and pet care is a huge plus!
