Inside Sales Representative - Order Entry

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channel
• Process sales orders and coordinate with production, engineering, and shipping teams
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities
• Follow up on quotations and assist in closing sales opportunities
• Support outside sales representatives with pricing, lead tracking, and account management
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM and ERP systems
• Assist customers with product selection, lead times, and technical information
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals

YOU HAVE:

• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service paired with order entry skills
• Experience in metal fabrication, electrical enclosures, industrial equipment, or manufacturing or construction environments is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Pittsburgh KS, M-Th from 6am-430 PM. Friday, Saturday and Sunday you will have off
• Knowledge of industrial products or custom fabrication processes
• Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
• Team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach
