DESCRIPTION:Â
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Inside Sales Representative II and be part of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical and industrial markets. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. REQUIREMENTS:Â
• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of sales and/or laboratory/research experienceÂ
• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related scientific fieldÂ
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targetsÂ
• Strong consultative selling and relationship building skillsÂ
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesÂ
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suiteÂ
• Ability to develop and maintain deep product and technical knowledgeÂ
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
• Effective at working both independently and collaborativelyÂ
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple prioritiesÂ
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesÂ
• Ability to travel 10-25% for customer meetings and internal eventsÂ
• Foreign language proficiency may be required for certain regionsÂ
• Valid driver's license requiredÂ

• Experience with scientific products/instruments preferred but not requiredÂ
