An ENR Top 400 Contractor, ENR Top 100 Green Contractor, and BD+C Top 150 Contractor with nine offices, Rycon specializes in new construction, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects. We have an in-house Architectural Finishes & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.  

 

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator at our Pittsburgh office.

 

What you will do:  

  • Maintain and monitor servers, virtualization platforms, and core infrastructure
  • Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity/security controls
  • Support firewalls, switches, wireless, and site-to-site connectivity
  • Oversee monitoring systems, backup validation, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Provide Tier 3 support, root-cause analysis, and guidance to Helpdesk staff
  • Create and maintain infrastructure documentation and procedures

 

What you will need to be successful:  

  • 5+ years of systems/infrastructure admin experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID/M365
  • Strong knowledge of networking infrastructure
  • Experience with virtua lization (VMware/Hyper-V) and change management
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments
  • Experience in midsize enterprise environments preferred
  • Knowledge of backup/monitoring/DR tools, security collaboration, and PowerShell

    automation preferred
