What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service department
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate team members
Operate a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy
Process payments for completed vehicle services
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after their service visit

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License
Strong communication and phone etiquette
Basic computer skills (we’ll train you on our systems!)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional, courteous, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
